You’ve mastered the bedside. Now master the boardroom. This class takes you from clinician to leader. Learn how to observe a trainee’s consultation and deliver feedback that actually changes behavior—without crushing their confidence. Discover the secrets of camera presence and virtual rapport that distinguish excellent telehealth providers from those who merely survive it. Develop the communication strategies that allow you to lead difficult team debriefings, present with authority to professional audiences, and navigate the complex politics of healthcare organizations. This is not communication as a “soft skill.” This is communication as leadership.
