Course overview
Biochemistry is the language of disease. Every metabolic disorder, every enzyme deficiency, every drug mechanism they all speak biochemistry. This course takes you from biomolecules to metabolism to molecular biology, and in each lecture, you will see the clinical consequence. This is not a chemistry course with medical examples it is a medical course built on chemistry.
The Difference:
Every biochemical pathway ends with a clinical case: phenylketonuria, gout, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes. You learn the science and the patient at the same time.
