How do I book a private class at MEDstuffies Academy?
Booking a private class is simple! Visit our Private Classes page on the MedStuffies Academy website, choose your preferred course or topic, and click “Book Now.” You’ll be redirected to our reservation system, where you can select your preferred date, time, and instructor.
Is the booking process secure?
Yes, absolutely. The system uses encrypted connections to protect your personal and payment information. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your privacy and safety.
How do I know if my private class is confirmed?
Once you complete your booking and payment, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all the session details, including date, time, instructor name, and joining instructions (e.g., Google meet link or platform details). Your session will also be saved in your user account.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your session through your Amelia account. Please note:
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, depending on our policy.
Who will be teaching my private class?
Your session will be led by one of our expert instructors—licensed healthcare professionals with years of clinical and teaching experience. You can view instructor profiles and specialties before booking.
What if I’m late or miss my session?
If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed and are non-refundable.
