All content, case vignettes, electrocardiogram tracings, surgical videos, pharmacological dosage calculations, and board review simulations available on Medstufise are designed exclusively for educational, continuing professional development, and reference purposes.
- No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using Medstufise does not establish a physician-patient relationship between any Medstufise author/instructor and any learner or patient.
- Independent Clinical Discretion: Healthcare professionals must verify drug dosages, contraindications, and treatment protocols against official manufacturer package inserts and institutional formularies.

2 User Eligibility & Professional Credential Verification
To access accredited CME modules, surgical suites, or board preparation banks, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold genuine enrollment in an accredited medical school or possess a valid medical / healthcare license (e.g., MD, DO, MBBS, RN, PA, NP, PharmD).
Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Concurrent logins from divergent geographic IPs will trigger automated security locking to safeguard CME validity and anti-piracy controls.
When claiming AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, you agree to provide authentic National Provider Identifier (NPI) or GMC registration numbers for ACCME registry validation.
3 Continuing Medical Education (CME) Standards & Assessment
Medstufise adheres to the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education set forth by the ACCME. All CME credits awarded require:
- Active completion of 100% of the didactic digital course syllabus.
- Achieving an 80% or greater passing score on post-activity multiple-choice assessments.
- Submission of the mandatory clinical course feedback and practice gap evaluation.
Falsification of test submissions, automated answering bots, or proxy test-taking constitutes academic misconduct and will result in immediate revocation of credits and notification of relevant state licensing bodies.
4 Intellectual Property, Surgical Media & Copyright
All intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, high-resolution operative surgical footage, illustrations, diagrams, 3D anatomical models, and question stems belong exclusively to Medstufise Ltd or its licensors.

6 Hospital Residency & Institutional Group Licensing
For healthcare systems, NHS trusts, academic teaching hospitals, and residency programs purchasing enterprise access:
- Institutional Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) take precedence over general web terms for custom SLA covenants.
- Designated Program Directors and Clerkship Deans receive administrative reporting dashboards to monitor resident milestone progress.
- Seat provisioning is governed by designated seat counts, which may not be transferred outside enrolled trainee cohorts.
7 Payment, Subscriptions & Cancellation
Prices are billed in USD or GBP according to selected subscription tiers. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your Account Settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
All refund requests are strictly evaluated according to our published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Issued CME credits cannot be recalled or refunded once stamped.
8 Limitation of Clinical & Commercial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States, Medstufise Ltd, its medical directors, faculty, and clinical consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from clinical decisions, patient diagnostic outcomes, medical board examination results, or software platform outages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Medstufise in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Clinical Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith informal mediation with our Legal Counsel. If unresolved within 45 days, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Edinburgh, Scotland.
