Critical Clinical Notice

Medstufise is an advanced medical education portal providing postgraduate and undergraduate didactic instruction, simulations, and Continuing Medical Education (CME). Our materials do not constitute direct patient care, personalized medical diagnoses, or emergency triage advice. Always apply independent clinical judgment in live patient settings.

1 Educational Purpose & Medical Non-Advice Disclaimer

All content, case vignettes, electrocardiogram tracings, surgical videos, pharmacological dosage calculations, and board review simulations available on Medstufise are designed exclusively for educational, continuing professional development, and reference purposes.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using Medstufise does not establish a physician-patient relationship between any Medstufise author/instructor and any learner or patient.
  • Independent Clinical Discretion: Healthcare professionals must verify drug dosages, contraindications, and treatment protocols against official manufacturer package inserts and institutional formularies.
  • Emergency Scenarios: Never delay or alter emergency medical intervention based upon materials reviewed on this educational portal.

2 User Eligibility & Professional Credential Verification

To access accredited CME modules, surgical suites, or board preparation banks, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold genuine enrollment in an accredited medical school or possess a valid medical / healthcare license (e.g., MD, DO, MBBS, RN, PA, NP, PharmD).

Individual Account Integrity

Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Concurrent logins from divergent geographic IPs will trigger automated security locking to safeguard CME validity and anti-piracy controls.

NPI & License Auditing

When claiming AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, you agree to provide authentic National Provider Identifier (NPI) or GMC registration numbers for ACCME registry validation.

3 Continuing Medical Education (CME) Standards & Assessment

Medstufise adheres to the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education set forth by the ACCME. All CME credits awarded require:

  • Active completion of 100% of the didactic digital course syllabus.
  • Achieving an 80% or greater passing score on post-activity multiple-choice assessments.
  • Submission of the mandatory clinical course feedback and practice gap evaluation.

Falsification of test submissions, automated answering bots, or proxy test-taking constitutes academic misconduct and will result in immediate revocation of credits and notification of relevant state licensing bodies.

4 Intellectual Property, Surgical Media & Copyright

All intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, high-resolution operative surgical footage, illustrations, diagrams, 3D anatomical models, and question stems belong exclusively to Medstufise Ltd or its licensors.

Prohibition on Scraping and AI Ingestion: You may not capture, scrape, download for distribution, reverse engineer, or feed Medstufise proprietary clinical cases into third-party large language models or training datasets without express written consent.

5 Prohibited Conduct & Simulation Integrity

While utilizing Medstufise portals, you agree not to:

• Upload any identifiable patient data (PHI) in community chat or peer discussions violating HIPAA.
• Share, leak, or redistribute USMLE / Board question bank answers and rationale slides.
• Attempt to bypass DRM, token validation, or video encryption streams.
• Harass, intimidate, or post defamatory reviews against faculty surgeons and lecturers.

6 Hospital Residency & Institutional Group Licensing

For healthcare systems, NHS trusts, academic teaching hospitals, and residency programs purchasing enterprise access:

  • Institutional Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) take precedence over general web terms for custom SLA covenants.
  • Designated Program Directors and Clerkship Deans receive administrative reporting dashboards to monitor resident milestone progress.
  • Seat provisioning is governed by designated seat counts, which may not be transferred outside enrolled trainee cohorts.

7 Payment, Subscriptions & Cancellation

Prices are billed in USD or GBP according to selected subscription tiers. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your Account Settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

All refund requests are strictly evaluated according to our published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Issued CME credits cannot be recalled or refunded once stamped.

8 Limitation of Clinical & Commercial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States, Medstufise Ltd, its medical directors, faculty, and clinical consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from clinical decisions, patient diagnostic outcomes, medical board examination results, or software platform outages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Medstufise in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Clinical Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
